1. General Information
The company specializes in the delivering of personalized pictorial works. The artworks are made available to customers in printed and digital form, and information about the historical personalities is also offered. There is no right of withdrawal for goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
2. Use of the material
The material is made available to the customer in printed form and/or in electronic form (as a download and/or sending via email or similar form) and is used in principle for the personal use of the customers. For other uses, for example in commercial or advertising form, a separate agreement must be reached. The delivering company assumes no liability for third party claims due to unagreed use.
The production and dispatch of the ordered material shall be made at the latest after 10 working days from the date of the order. When placing an order on the website, the shipping costs (differentiated by destination regions) are charged to the product costs, so that the customer can see the total price. In the case of delivery to a non-EEA country, the customer shall bear all import and export expenses including any duties, fees and charges.
4. Copyright and privacy rights
The works of art used for the creation of personalized portraits as a template are in most cases common free, i.e. the persons portrayed and the creators of the portraits have died at least 70 years ago. For the use of photographs of portraits, licenses or permits were acquired in most cases. The delivered products may therefore only be used for personal use, commercial or commercial use is excluded and requires an separate agreement with the supplying company. The order of the personalized portraits are provided by the acceptance of these terms and conditions to make them available to the manufacturing company for demonstration purposes on their websites, Facebook pages or illustrative material, Can contradict this separately in the order form.
5. Other issues
All offers are subject to change and non-binding. There is always the valid form of the general terms and conditions, which are available on www.tenevart.at. The customer agrees to receive news from the manufacturing company about products, current offers, and other company-related information (e.g. newsletters by mail or by post). The customer can object to this consent at any time by mail.
6. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Vienna. Austrian law is considered as agreed for all legal relationships between the two business partners.
